Towing Privacy Policy for All Roadside Towing

We take this very seriously and hope you do too!

All Roadside Towing is a Towing Company that provides towing services, roadside assistance, private property impounds,
fleet vehicle services, and vehicle relocation.

What Information We Collect

With the All Roadside Towing Privacy Policy, we don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. Specifically, when you book a tow service online, contact us via the web for property impounds, or need emergency roadside service. It is critical for us to have information by which to contact you and provide to our tow technicians to better service you. That information does not stay posted on this website or associated with it in anyway.

  • In so far as you fill out forms, opt-into our mailing list, register for our vehicle auctions, etc. we will only keep and maintain the information that is important. (We hate websites that ask you for information that is not critical – age, gender, income, etc.)
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.

All Roadside Towing does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However some forms may collect personal data.

For instance our newsletter asks for your name, email address, and it collects your IP address to verify your authenticity. This information is used to keep you updated on our automated mail list. That information will be kept confidential and will not be sold to 3rd parties. The name and email address you provide is at your discretion.

The private property towing form asks for additional personal information; property address, phone, fax, email, etc. This information is reviewed and used to provide you with quotes, pricing, services, and contracts. We suggest you do not divulge any information you’re not comfortable sharing.

Cookies are downloaded onto your browser and will retain information regarding preferences, logins, etc. The cookies remain with your browser for 1 year, unless you clear them earlier. If you would like access to your data, we’re more than happy to provide you a full accounting of your files and to destroy them at your request.

When visitors or users submit a form, we capture the IP Address for spam protection. We also capture the email address and might capture other personal data included in the form fields. Again, we encourage you to only divulge the information you feel comfortable providing. If a form requires certain information that you are not willing to provide, you can always call our phone number and we can register you over the phone.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We periodically go through our system and remove contact information that hasn’t been kept current. Parts of your data may be kept for up to 2 years from the date of your submission. We do not use the data submitted for marketing purposes, unless you have opted into our marketing program.

Where your data is sent

Some of that data may or may not pass through additional spam or virus detection services, or shown publicly to our employees, workers, and contractors, based on their need to perform necessary services as based on the form transmission.
