4. Payment – We accept Venmo, Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Cash App with no transaction fees. Credit and debit cards accepted with a 5% transaction fee.
5. If you’re a tenant at one of the properties we work with, you need the first page of your lease agreement with your name on the lease to qualify for the discount.
